“We were midway through a bathroom remodel and our contractor decided to walk away from the project. Their subcontractor skipped town and they got tired of me asking for answers. This left us to find someone to finish the job. From the moment he walked in the door, Matt from Castle Rock Remodeling was pleasant, helpful, and informed. He took a look at what they had started, pointed out the parts that could be kept as-is and identified areas that needed rework. He talked through all the options we had for how the space would look and helped recommend ideas that would work well in our space. He worked in a timely manner with high quality fit and finish, and left the place clean and welcoming. After 3+ months out of our master bathroom (most due to the first contractor) it was great to have Matt quickly get us back in business.

Even when an unexpected issue came up, that required additional scope added to the project, Matt didn’t miss a beat. He quickly came up with a solution and the addition cost for the added scope was very reasonable.

One thing I can say above all else is Matt is an excellent communicator. We always knew when he’d be here and what he’d be working on. If he was going to be late, due to some awful weather that hit during our project, he always let us know.

We liked working with Matt so much that we had him come back a few weeks later to swap out our kitchen sink. Even though it was a very small project, he was still professional, respectful, and timely.

We will definitely consider Castle Rock Remodeling as our first choice for any future work at our house and I think anyone who needs work done to their home will be more than happy with the work they do.”
